Metro deliveries can get their shipment in as soon as 48 hours, and within the same day when ordering on weekdays before 10 AM AEST. Note that products that are out of stock or with longer lead times are NOT eligible for Same Day or Next Day Delivery.

Once you've confirmed that your Delivery Address is eligible for our service, just put in an order for your new Emma Sleep Product on weekdays (Mondays to Thursdays) before 10 AM AEST. Your order will then automatically be included in our Same Day Delivery.

If you order on weekdays (Mondays to Thursdays) after 10 AM AEST, your order will be included in Next Day Delivery. Note that products that are out of stock or with longer lead times are NOT eligible for Same Day or Next Day Delivery.

Absolutely not. There are ZERO costs associated with our Next-Day and Same Day Delivery Service.

The Emma Mattress only needs a few hours to expand to its actual size after unpacking. When it has completely expanded, it is ready to be slept on.

We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for 2-3 weeks to let your body adjust to your new (and better) mattress.
