Don't worry! We'll replace any defective products you may receive, and this will be done at no cost to you.
Products bought from the clearance can only be returned for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defect or damage from production
- Missing or damaged parts
- Inflation problems not caused by the customer
- Returns for reasons other than that stated above will not be accepted
For the same return reasons, customers can request a product exchange for the same product. The product cannot be exchanged for any other Emma product.
