After your new Emma Mattress is vacuum-packed and rolled into a compact box, it is ready to be shipped to you.

1.Unpack
Remove the Emma Mattress from the box.
2. Unroll
Unroll the mattress onto a flat surface and gently cut the plastic using the cutter and remove it.
3. Sleep
Your Emma Mattress only needs a few hours to expand. After it expands to its full size, it is ready to be slept on.

Shipping and return costs are free. Please note however, if your collection address lies outside our normal delivery area then we might ask for your help to deliver your mattress to the nearest drop off location after all other options have been exhausted.
Orders placed before 10 am on weekdays are eligible for same-day delivery (between 2-6 pm) in the metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Otherwise you will receive your mattress within 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouses..
For metro orders, a tracking link is sent to you via SMS on the day of your delivery so that you can live track the progress of the driver.
For regional deliveries, an email will be sent that will allow you to track the progress of your delivery throughout each step.
Normally, delivery of your mattress should be completed 0-7 business days after you placed your order.
The Emma Mattress only needs a few hours to expand to its actual size after unpacking. When it has completely expanded, it is ready to be slept on.
