A mattress is like having a life-long friend. And because we have so much trust in ours, we give all our Emma mattresses a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
Mattresses bought from the clearance can only be returned for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defect or damage from production
- Missing or damaged parts
- Inflation problems not caused by the customer
- Returns for reasons other than that stated above will not be accepted
For the same return reasons, customers can request a product exchange for the same product. The product cannot be exchanged for any other Emma product.

We craft the Emma Signature Bed using the most durable and premium materials. The luxurious slate grey finish is made of 100% polyester, 100 g/m² non-woven fabric.

To ensure maximum durability, this bed base uses patented FlexiSlats technology giving ultimate support and breathability.
Completely Tool-free Assembly
The bed frame arrives in two separate boxes with a step-by-step instruction booklet included, so you’ll know exactly what goes where. The assembly can be easily done by yourself, no extra tools needed, and it should roughly 30 minutes to assemble.
